Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Binny mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Binny is a photo management application that helps you clean up your camera roll by swiping right to keep photos and left to delete them. All photo processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud service.

The App does not require you to create an account. You can use its core features without providing any personal information.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to delete the photos you choose to remove through the App
• Reviewing photos before deletion — Binny provides a 30-day recovery window via your device's “Recently Deleted” album, but permanent deletion after that period is irreversible
• Maintaining the security of your device and any backups of your photos outside the App
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

In-App Purchases and Premium Subscription

Binny offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
• Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies

Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, graphics, and source code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binny and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, photos, or other content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
